my taxi company covers the whole of london. Can I block other taxi companies from joining Go Direct?

No. But when you select any paid plan your company is featured before all free listings. If you choose more than one category, eg. Taxi and Courier, you can become the exclusive operator for one category if there are no other paid listings in your region.

Is there any limit to the number of regions and categories I can take?

Simply, no. But please bear in mind that the volume of enquiries you receive will escalate for every county, city and category that you are listed in.

Will I receive both email and telephone enquiries?

Yes. Email enquiries drop straight into your registered Go Direct email account the moment they are sent. Telephone calls go to your registered mobile number.

Absolutely. We always prefer to talk. Please call your Account Manager directly on his number in your welcome email or, if you are new to Go Direct, then just call the boss on 07500 075044 any UK morning. If he’s unavailable he’ll always return your call quickly.

How quickly will a new listing go live?

Free and paid listings are instant. If we have reached out to you to take a high demand paid category or region you’ll be live at the end of the call.

I saw JuiceStorm.com on my credit card statement. Is that you?

Yes. Our founder likes to keep card processing costs low so that savings are passed directly onto to the clients of all his companies. Having one group account for all payments is simply a better way of doing business.
